This 150 m² show apartment, developed for the developer Setin in Pinheiros, was designed for a couple starting their life together in the neighborhood, who value art and architecture. With a versatile floor plan, the project allows for different uses over time, adapting to changes in daily life. The social area of Setin HI Pinheiros integrates the living, dining, and kitchen spaces into a large, fluid environment, ideal for entertaining. The design embraces a contemporary aesthetic with an urban language, prioritizing comfort and practicality in everyday life.
The integration of the spaces is guided by a neutral base with light textures, ensuring a sense of lightness and visual continuity. Darker accents in the hall, gourmet area, and closet give structure to the overall design and add depth. The urban atmosphere is expressed through exposed concrete pillars and metalwork elements.
Our goal was to create a design that combines comfort, functionality, and a versatile floor plan, capable of adapting to changes in daily life, without compromising the urban aesthetic that reflects the lifestyle of Pinheiros. What’s most interesting about this show apartment is that it is fully functional, located on the 14th floor of the development, and is already for sale, ready to move in.
The living area is defined by the composition of the Bold terracotta armchairs from Menu Casa and the Hug sofa from Lider, which establish the volume of the space. The dark rug emphasizes the contemporary concept of the design while also creating a sense of spaciousness.
The living and kitchen areas are separated by a central island with a white Itaúnas honed marble countertop and two different heights: 90 cm in the cooking area, while an attached organic-height counter rises to 1.10 m. This second space accommodates stools and creates an ideal area for quick meals, breakfasts, or social moments by the grill.
Next to the oven tower, an opening leads to a cabinet designed exclusively for the household appliances. This solution keeps the countertop clear while keeping the appliances always within reach.
Also in the living area, the dining room is bathed in natural light and offers a panoramic view of the city. Occupying the balcony, the space also includes a bar and wine cellar area, furnished with outdoor seating.
In the private area, the guest bedroom was designed around an “L”-shaped headboard. In an ochre tone, it sets the color palette for the room, which features dark wood and touches of blue.
The master suite features a striking combination of design pieces: the Copa lamps by Guilherme Wentz; the RITO pendant by Dsgnselo; the Nena bench from Estúdio Na Cavilha; the Canguru table from Lider; and the Serafina chair by Fernando Jaeger – a truly heavyweight lineup!
Looking at the layout of the 22 m² room, the intelligent space distribution stands out, featuring an open closet and a balcony that houses the home office, all benefiting from abundant natural light and cross ventilation.
